Custom Hogwarts acceptance letter

History

Hogwarts School of Witchcraft and Wizardry acceptance letters were sent to British wizards and witches prior to their first year at Hogwarts. There was a special pen that recorded the name of every fairy child in Britain at the time of their birth. This allowed letters from Hogwarts to be sent to all magical children at the right time, even those who were Muggle-born.
